“During my time as a Peace Corps volunteer, I became acutely aware of some of the disparities in the American healthcare system, especially when compared to the more coordinated efforts related to access in the developing country where I served. This experience ignited a passion in me to address the stark contrast between our world-leading research and the often inefficient, unreliable systems that burden both patients and clinicians. I am deeply committed to ending preventable harm and advocating for dignity, safety, and reliability in every healthcare interaction, aligning with R4L's mission to create meaningful change.”
